More importantly, Life Care Plan takes the person’s entire circumstances into account, including medical costs, nursing care, home health care, medications, loss of income, and the costs associated with daily living.

Unlike many other providers at Texas Brain Institute, our Life Care Plan is prepared by Board-Certified PM&R physicians. These Physicians are medical doctors who have completed training in the specialty of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (PM&R) with subspecialty certified in Brain Injury Medicine.

Our PM&R Physician is an expert witness and has been deposed over 100 times. He is bilingual and opines on causation and the medical necessity needs for the future care of the patient.
